By using Medicare Leads on Demand and purchasing any leads, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

1. Lead Purchases

There are no refunds or replacements for any leads.

Bad leads will happen — that’s why we give you a preview of city, state, zip code, and area code before purchase. You only buy what you want.

We also use fluctuating and depreciating prices — every 12 hours a lead goes unsold, its price drops 5% (minimum $10.00). This ensures you never pay full price for older leads.

2. Lead Delivery

Leads are delivered instantly upon purchase via email and dashboard access. You own the lead exclusively — it will never be resold.

3. Lead Details

All leads include the following information:

We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all information. However, you will always be able to preview city, state, zip code, area code, birth year, and birth month before purchasing. This allows you to determine if the lead is right for you — and whether it’s worth buying at full price or waiting for it to depreciate.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.

5. Service Changes

We may modify pricing, features, or terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
